Qualifying Fellow Applicant

Current fellows who qualify to apply for one of the limited number of complimentary spots in the Fellows Course. See application information and criteria.

Fellows (non-qualifying)

All other individuals in a fellowship training program who do not meet the qualifications to apply or missed the deadline to apply for the CRF Fellows Course.

Allied Health Professional

Nurses, technologists, physician assistants, researchers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, biostatisticians, and other non-physicians professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Physician

Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not enrolled in a fellowship program at the time of Fellows 2024 — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Industry Professional

Employees of companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, venture capital, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of health care professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such a company.

U.S. Government Employee

Registrants are required to present a valid U.S. government ID to pick up their badge.

This activity is sponsored by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and partially funded through educational grants from commercial supporters. In order to allow a limited number of fellows to attend without assuming the burden of costs for travel and hotel, the course is supported by multiple industry sponsors through independent grants. The sponsors have no input or role in the selection of the attendees or faculty, or development of the main program, which is written and organized by the course directors to the same standards as other CRF CME-accredited programs.

All cancellations must be received in writing. If we receive your cancellation in writing before Tuesday, February 27, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EST), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee. If we receive your cancellation in writing between Wednesday, February 28, 2024 (12:00 AM EST) and Monday, April 1, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be processed starting Tuesday, April 2, 2024 (12:00 AM EDT).

In case of cancellation (whether by you or by CRF), please be sure to cancel your associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements, etc.) that you may have made to attend Fellows Course 2024 in person. As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF is not liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.
